Packed tower scrubbers (also called packed bed, wet scrubbers, packed column scrubbers) are used for  chemical scrubbing of contaminants from gas streams which are perfectly made by FRP due to the strong chemical resistant.
The scrubbing liquid could be designed  contain acid or alkaline scrubbing agents.
