FRP/GRP Pipe
Fiber reinforced plastic (FRP)/ glassfibre reinforced plastic (GRP) pipe is filament by alkali-free continuous fiberglass impregnated with high-performance thermosetting resin.
It has excellent corrosion resistant and utilized in chemical process, transport of municipal water, brine water, slurry water, hot spring water, sewage, urban drainage, waste gas collection etc.
Structure Of FRP/GRP Pipe
Scope of Supply
Nominal Diameter [DN]: 25mm-4200mm
Nominal Pressure [PN]: 0.1Mpa-4Mpa
Features
Corrosion resistant than either stainless steel or rubber lined steel.
Light strength-to-weight ratio, 1/6 the weight of steel and about 1/20 the weight of concrete.
Smooth seamless interiors minimize friction and pressure loss.
Cost effective as easy installation and no maintenance.
Good physical property, design flexibility.
Long service time.
