FRP/GRP Pipe

Fiber reinforced plastic (FRP)/ glassfibre reinforced plastic (GRP) pipe is filament by alkali-free continuous fiberglass impregnated with high-performance thermosetting resin.
It has excellent corrosion resistant and utilized in chemical process, transport of municipal water, brine water, slurry water, hot spring water, sewage, urban drainage, waste gas collection etc.

Structure Of FRP/GRP Pipe

Wind the resin impregnated surfacing mat, knitting mat and other materials on the mandrel.

Wind the resin-impregnated alkali-free continuous fiberglass on the cured lining in an angle of 40°-70°. High fiber content and suitable wind angel, which improve the axial and circumferential tensile strength of pipe, so that the pipe wall can bear the axial and circumferential load both from inside and outside.

Add a resin-rich layer and anti-aging agent externally for external sealing and aging resistance.
